Junior Amazon Account Manager

About Us

Blue Amber Digital is a full-service agency that helps businesses succeed on Amazon. We take care of all aspects of Amazon sales – from account setup and connection to tax services to product listings and advertising on Amazon.

Our client base is growing with more and more successful companies, so we’d like to add a Junior Amazon Account Manager to our team.

If you already have experience working with Amazon, that’s great, but it’s not required. So, if you’ve never heard of Seller Central or Vendor Central, don’t worry. You’ll receive one-on-one mentoring and full support from the team. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about Amazon, selling on Amazon, and advertising on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Amazon accounts for clients – from basic settings to resolving issues with seller support.
  • Coordinating and organizing product pages – researching and preparing materials for product uploads to the platform.
  • Monitoring Amazon advertising – client KPIs are the guide, and your task will be to ensure everything runs smoothly and within the planned framework.
  • Coordinating work with clients.
  • Tracking and monitoring project status, costs, and results.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports for clients.

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills: A lot of work involves data and analysis, so it’s important you are comfortable with numbers, know how to handle CSV files, and know what to do when faced with a huge TXT file.
  • Initiative: There’s always something to fix, improve, or upgrade on Amazon. We appreciate it if you can spot these issues, suggest solutions, and make improvements independently.
  • Slovenian and English language: Excellent proficiency in both languages is required. A large part of our communication is in English and at the same time we manage a lot of Slovenian-based brands on Amazon.
  • Good nerves: Working with the Amazon platform and their support can sometimes be a mental “challenge.” Good nerves are essential.

Nice to Have

  • While you may be a complete beginner in the e-commerce world, we’ll value any experience you have in the ecom/digital space.
  • You speak German at least 3x better than we do.
  • You already have experience selling on Amazon.
